The actions planned in the project aim at FLACSO’s technical performance alongside the National Secretariat for Global Protection (SNPG/MMFDH), through the General Coordination for the Promotion of Civil Birth Registration – CGRCN of the Department of Promotion and Education in Human Rights – DPEDH and the National Management Committee of the National Commitment for the Eradication of Under-Registration of Births and Expansion of Basic Documentation, in the development of content and methodologies to support public debate with a view to national mobilization around the universalization of access to civil registration and basic documentation, and are organized around two axes:
- Production of technical subsidies of a methodological and planning nature, in order to contribute to the SNPG regarding the implementation of mobilization and dialogue actions related to the National Commitment for the Eradication of Under-registration of Births and the Expansion of Access to Basic Documentation;
- Technical advisory for the development of research, technical inputs, and systematization of diagnostics related to the issue of universal access to basic documentation.
