The Program constitutes a space for training, reflection, and knowledge production aimed at understanding the contemporary challenges of public management, governance, and development. The proposal seeks to connect theoretical foundations and practical experiences, encouraging the construction of innovative solutions to complex political problems. The program focuses on the training of managers, researchers, students, social leaders, and professionals interested in understanding the transformations of the State and civil society from a local, regional, and global perspective.
