The project has the general objective of improving the flows and procedures for the allocation of federal properties for housing provision policies and land regularization of territories occupied by traditional peoples and communities, in accordance with the provisions of item VI, of art. 1, of Annex X, of GM/MP Ordinance No. 11, of January 31, 2018, which establishes as the purpose of the Union Heritage Secretariat – SPU the formulation, proposal, monitoring, and evaluation of the National Union Heritage Policy – PNGPU and the instruments necessary for its implementation.
