This national study, developed within the former Public Health and Human Rights Area of the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (Flacso Brazil), sought to address the complexity of the phenomenon of drug use, taking into account the multiplicity of aspects that involve the experience of consuming these substances: psychological, ethical, sociological, cultural, legal, economic, political, in order to contribute to the construction of comprehensive public policies.
