the project aim at FLACSO&#8217;s technical performance alongside the National Secretariat for Global Protection (SNPG\/MMFDH), through the General Coordination for the Promotion of Civil Birth Registration \u2013 CGRCN of the Department of Promotion and Education in Human Rights \u2013 DPEDH and the National Management Committee of the National Commitment for the Eradication of Under-Registration of Births and Expansion of Basic Documentation, in the development of content and methodologies to support public debate with a view to national mobilization around the universalization of access to civil registration and basic documentation, and are organized around two axes:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Production of technical subsidies of a methodological and planning nature, in order to contribute to the SNPG regarding the implementation of mobilization and dialogue actions related to the National Commitment for the Eradication of Under-registration of Births and the Expansion of Access to Basic Documentation;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Technical advisory for the development of research, technical inputs, and systematization of diagnostics related to the issue of universal access to basic documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This project belongs to the following
